At Olivia Pearls, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or if there has been an error in your order, we offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:
Exchanges for items of equal or greater value are available within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To initiate an exchange, kindly submit your request via our Contact Us page.
Returned Olivia Pearls products must be in new, unused condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers intact, and returned in their original packaging, along with all accompanying accessories and documents (such as the original receipt and Certificate of Authenticity). Please note that signs of wear, use, or alteration to the product will render it ineligible for return.
Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or otherwise altered cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Please note that free return shipping is only available within the UAE.

Shipping returns
